1) Commit to being Committed:
Make the commitment to improve the 8 categories that make up a Playmaker. Training, Practice, Focus, Nutrition, Hydration, Recovery, Mindset, Sleep.
2) Find the Limiting Factor
Find the "Limiting Factor" in players performance - is it Tactical (Game knowledge), Technical (skill, technique), Physical (strength, speed etc) or Psychological (focus, vision etc) ... and work on it. That's good coaching - what player development really is.
3) Execution:
Find the "Limiting Factor" in players performance - is it Tactical (Game knowledge), Technical (skill, technique), Physical (strength, speed etc) or Psychological (focus, vision etc) ... and work on it. That's good coaching - what player development really is.
4) FEROCIOUSLY COMPETE:
The Goal of working with us at the Playmaker Project is to become a Playmaker on GameDay. Everything we do in the field and in the weight room is to set you up to MAKE PLAYS when it counts.
